Daniel came over to get some new headshots so I pulled out the new Photo Basics StrobeLites again and used them throughout the shoot. I highly recommend these new lights to anyone getting into studio photography, and it doesn’t hurt to find a subject like Daniel who was fun to work with, had a cool look, and together some really nice images came out of it.
I needed to get some shots for the new Photo Basics StrobeLites and Christopher needed some new shots so it made for a perfect combination. We got some awesome images out of the shoot that I just had to get posted right away. Christopher was super cool to work with and I can’t wait to do some location shooting with him in the near future.
Had a great session with Taylor tonight. We were trying to come up with a fun idea that would combine a pin-up type of look with a western motif. I came up with the idea for her to use my great-grandfather’s rifle and she came up with the outfit to wear. The combination turned out awesome! Take a look at some of the images below:
Angela came over to do some shots for a couple of articles for L7Foto.com and while she was here we decided to have some fun and get some shots for her to use. What a great girl! It’s one thing to do a shoot for a client that you may not know very well, but when a fellow photographer asks you to create some dramatic headshots for him/her it really is a special privilege. My good buddy David from Esquire Photographyasked if I would knock out some new headshots for him in my home studio. The end result was some really good shots that he is very happy with.

This past weekend I got the opportunity to work with a number of talented women on a Christmas pin-up model shoot. They were all terrific and I look forward to working with some of them on some future projects. This shoot was just for Christmas cards for their signifigant others but it sure was fun and the images turned out great. Here are a few favorites:
