This weekend hundreds of people converged outside of Saddleback Church in Lake Forest California to protest the passing of Proposition 8 which forces an amendment to the California Constitution to ban gay marriages. I am very disappointed in the California voters who voted to legalize this form of discrimination. It wasn’t that long ago that women had less rights than men, or minorities had no rights, and interracial marriage was considered a sin by the church. The gays seem to be the last group available to discriminate against and many churches are doing exactly that. I, for one, am not going to stand for it and will be fighting for this to be reversed as much as I possibly can. Here are some photos from this past weekend.
